zout en een scheutje biologische extra vergine olijfolie tot een glad en homogeen deeg. Wikkel in vershoudfolie en laat minstens een half\u201d uur rusten in de koelkast.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Snijd de ui en de kool fijn. Verwarm een scheutje biologische extra vergine olijfolie in een pan en fruit de ui samen met de kool. Voeg het sinaasappelsap en de geraspte schil toe en kook op laag vuur tot de kool zacht en droog is. Breng op smaak met zout en peper en laat afkoelen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Rol het deeg dun uit met een deegroller of pastamachine. Bekleed een individuele taartvorm (of meerdere kleine vormen) met het deeg, laat wat rand over. Vul met de gestoofde kool en strijk het vulsel glad.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Bak in een voorverwarmde statische oven op 180\u00b0C gedurende ongeveer 35 minuten, of tot de bodem en het oppervlak goudbruin zijn.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Haal uit de oven en laat iets afkoelen.
