portando ad ebollizione la panna con il caff\u00e8.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Successivamente versare la panna bollente sul cioccolato tritato e aggiungere la gelatina precedentemente ammollata in acqua fredda.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Colare il composto in uno stampo e raffreddare rapidamente in un abbattitore di temperatura. Sformare la ganache e decorare a piacere con oro alimentare.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Per il semifreddo alla ricotta, iniziare preparando uno sciroppo portando l\u2019acqua e lo zucchero a 121 gradi. Montare gli albumi e versare lo sciroppo caldo a filo mentre si continua a montare, fino a raffreddamento completo del composto.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Unire la meringa con la ricotta setacciata, quindi aggiungere la panna semi montata.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Scaldare una piccola quantit\u00e0 di panna e sciogliervi la gelatina, quindi aggiungere al composto.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Colare il composto in uno stampo e far solidificare in congelatore.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Sformare il semifreddo quando \u00e8 completamente congelato.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Successivamente per la Voorbereiding della gelatina di sambuca, idratare la gelatina in acqua fredda.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Scaldare l\u2019acqua e sciogliervi la gelatina. Aggiungere la sambuca e mescolare bene.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Far solidificare in frigorifero e passare la gelatina solidificata nello schiacciapatate per ottenere una consistenza di polvere.
