gaar koken, in de oven zetten op 70\u00b0C, frituren.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Maak de aardappelen schoon en snijd ze in stukken, bak in een pan de in plakjes gesneden prei, de gesneden bleekselderij in de extra vergine olijfolie en voeg de aardappelen toe, zet onder met water, breng op smaak met zout en peper.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Mix en laat de cr\u00e8me vrij vloeibaar.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Ontpit ondertussen de zwarte olijven en bak ze op 80 graden tot ze droog zijn, hak ze daarna fijn.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Maak het gerecht af door de aardappelpuree, olijvenpoeder en de
